Who we are

At Slick & Dapper Barbershop (Binangonan and Angono, Rizal), we respect your right to privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its applicable implementing rules and regulations.

As part of our appointment and customer booking process, we may collect and process personal information that you voluntarily provide to us.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, email and (if you choose) your birthday.
• Your bookings, visits, the services you received, prices and discounts.
• Your barber's notes about your haircut (for example clipper guard sizes and products used).
• Before-and-after photos of your haircut — only if you give separate permission.

We will only collect information that is necessary, relevant, and appropriate for the stated purposes.

Why we use it

• To manage your bookings and your place in the queue.
• So your barber can repeat or improve your preferred cut.
• To apply perks such as first-visit offers and vouchers.
• To contact you about your bookings.

Who can see it

Only you and our staff who need it to serve you. Barbers see a masked version of your mobile number. Photos are stored privately and are never posted publicly. We do not sell your information.

Your rights

You can view your information in your account, withdraw photo permission and delete your photos at any time, and ask us to give you a copy of your data or delete your account.

Retention of personal information

Your personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to maintain legitimate business records, or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

We keep your information for 24 months after your last appointment, unless a longer period is required by law or is reasonably necessary for a legitimate business purpose.

After the applicable retention period, personal information will be securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymised, subject to applicable laws and legitimate business purposes.
